Upon arrival at the airport please follow instructions  below

 

• When you arrive and claimed your baggage, proceed to the tourist information counter at EXIT DOOR NO.3 IN THE ARRIVAL HALL, and look for your name on the signboard.

• The driver will be there within 15 minutes of the agreed pickup time. Please wait patiently.

• Maximum waiting hour is 2 hours counted from the flight landed time in Bangkok [Airport security case]

• IMPORTANT  if the driver doesn't show up after 15 minutes, please contact our hotel Tel +66824242265, +6626288188 and hotel reception will advise further instructions. You need to inform the hotel when you failed to meet up with the driver.

• Also be careful not to follow strangers who try to offer you a transfer without your name on a signboard. It is illegal for them to do so and dangerous for your own safety.

Cancellation Policy for Pickup Service

We understand that travel plans may change, and we appreciate your cooperation in promptly informing us of any cancellations. 

While our pickup service doesn't require advance payment, please note that if there is a no-show without prior notification, our hotel staff will be responsible for covering the associated fee. To avoid any inconvenience for our staff. We kindly requested you to inform us in advance if you need to cancel this pickup service.
