Upon arrival at the airport please follow instructions  below

 

• When you arrive and claimed your baggage, proceed to the tourist information counter at EXIT DOOR NO.3 IN THE ARRIVAL HALL, and look for your name on the signboard.

• The driver will be there within 15 minutes of the agreed pickup time. Please wait patiently.

• Maximum waiting hour is 2 hours counted from the flight landed time in Bangkok [Airport security case]

• IMPORTANT  if the driver doesn't show up after 15 minutes, please contact our hotel Tel +66824242265, +6626288188 and hotel reception will advise further instructions. You need to inform the hotel when you failed to meet up with the driver.

• Also be careful not to follow strangers who try to offer you a transfer without your name on a signboard. It is illegal for them to do so and dangerous for your own safety.
