Tom Yum Kung start 2 PM

Tom  refers to the boiling process, while Yum refers to a Thai spicy and sour salad. Tom Yum is characterised by its distinct hot and sour flavours, with fragrant spices and herbs generously used in the broth. Learn how to cook as well as learn about traditional herbs used in Thailand. Duration 2 hrs. 


Pad Thai start 2 PM

Pad Thai is a stir-fried rice noodle dish commonly served as a street food and at most restaurants in Thailand. Learn how to get them chewy-perfect with this recipe. Included is a simple, but authentic pad thai sauce which is tangy and a little spicy. Duration 2 hrs. 

 


Tom Kha Kai  start 2 PM

Tom Kha Kai is a spicy and sour hot soup with coconut milk also called "Chicken Galangal Soup". Learn how to cook as well as learn about traditional herbs used in Thailand. Duration 2 hrs.
