Phranakorn-Nornlen is a small-sized guest house with just sufficient conveniences need for travelers. We try to running our hotel as green hotel, and believe that all resources should be used only as it is needed. We provided wifi internet instead of personal TV set and a common area fridge instead of in-room fridge that consume more electrical power. Here we have green space that is difficult to find nowadays within the city. Our hotel is not close to rapid transport system or is situated right by the road; instead, we hide ourselves in a small alley where guest can also experience a traditional life of the local Thai community. Nevertheless, going to various places is not a hard thing. Taxi boat that can be reached in a 10 minutes walk can take you several with a much more enjoyable experience than a typical taxi service. Please be informed of who we are before making a reservation because we are not hotel with just room and facilities. If you love seeking new experience, Pharanakorn-Nornlen is your destination.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel building, including guest rooms, bathrooms, balconies, and all indoor hotel areas. Guests are only permitted to smoke in designated smoking areas located outside the hotel property.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is from 14:00 onwards, and check-out time is by 12:00 (noon).
Early Check-in
Early check-in is subject to room availability and the check-out time of the previous guest. Unfortunately, it cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Late Check-out
- Late check-out is subject to availability and must be approved by the front desk. It is not an automatic entitlement.
- Late check-out between 12:00 and 18:00 will incur a charge of 50% of the room rate.
- Late check-out after 18:00 will incur a charge equivalent to one full night.
Extra Person Charge
An additional charge of THB 600 per person per night will apply for each extra guest. 
Parking
Private parking is not available at our hotel. We recommend guests use public transportation or taxi services, as the hotel is located in a local residential neighborhood.

Rates and Promotions
Room rates and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a reservation has been confirmed, the rate at the time of booking will be honored.
Elevator Access
Please note that the hotel does not have an elevator. All rooms are accessible only by stairs. Guests who may have difficulty using stairs are kindly advised to consider this before making a reservation.
In-room Facilities
Please be informed that our rooms do not include a television or a refrigerator.
Individually Designed Rooms
The room images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Each of our rooms is uniquely decorated with hand-painted murals and individual themes. Therefore, the room you are assigned may not exactly match the room shown in the photographs.
Visitor Policy
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, only registered guests are permitted in the guest rooms. Visitors or unregistered individuals including those invited for personal services or entertainment are not allowed. Any violation of this policy will be addressed by hotel management and may involve notification to local authorities if necessary.

Kindly note that there will be a special temple fair taking place at the nearby temple during the period of 1-10 March 2026.

This annual event is a unique and vibrant celebration, offering an opportunity to witness traditional monk prayers and lively music performances.
We want to ensure that you are aware of the potential for increased noise levels in the area.

The festivities, including monk prayers and music, will be taking place from morning until midnight during this period.

To help you plan your trip accordingly, we wanted to inform you in advance about the expected noise during the temple fair before making the reservation
