Quirky, calm and friendly!by PN guests :) on 08/30/12
My partner and I stayed at this wonderfully peaceful guesthouse for two days and I regret that our stay ends tomorrow. The location isn't next to a sky train or Metro but if you walk to the main road you are met by taxis, tuk-tuks and a pier which is the best and most fun way to travel. You'll pay very little for these but you must insist taxis run by meter only (if you don't, you might get a nasty surprise!). The coffee at the guesthouse was the best I've had in Thailand and it has a courtyard where you are immersed in a sea of tranquility! This place provides you with a piece of home away from home and their rooftop bar is beautiful - cocktails are even made from their herb garden upstairs. You can't fault it!
