Quiet oasis away from the hectic and chaotic streets of Bangkok

Initially, I was a little concerned about the price of this hotel but quickly learned of the many advantages that this hotel offers. For starters, it is situated off a small and quiet street in Bangkok. I've noticed that some have indicated that is far from things but this is not true. It is about 10 minutes walk to the harbour from where one can take a boat to various areas and helps ease the nerves and lessen the amount of diesel particles consumed.

The breakfast at the hotel is also very nice, plentiful and tasty. The staff were very friendly, helpful and service-oriented. As for the hot water, I did not find this an issue once I figured out how to turn it on. The in-house Thai massages are also a nice bonus. I highly recommend this as a way to transition after a lengthy journey. In addition, the lunch is also really nice.

Finally, the room top patio is a good way to end a day, whether by having a beer, or beverage or perhaps nothing at all.

All in all, though this place may a little expensive, and cheaper places could be found, I am glad that we stayed here!
