Lovely and relaxing - an oasis in Bangkok

Reluctant to say how good this place is in case it gets too popular but it's just such a unique and lovely experience and a wonderful home away from home in the middle of Bangkok. I stayed here about three years ago and came back last week and it just gets better.

The decor and whole set up of this guest house is amazing, there is so much thought that has gone into the way the whole building looks. There are colourful wall murals all round - the hallways and in the rooms, there are 'fake' mini shops in the dining area and lovely handmade crafts in the real gift shop. The coffee is really good and the food at dinner time was just lovely, I had the best Thai green curry (veggie) of my life. The veranda seating area is a lovely place to use the wi-fi, read a book or just relax.

It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Ko Sahn rd, there is a river boat stop 10 minutes away and you can get a bus to the weekend market from a bus stop 5 minutes away.

Breakfast was included in the price of the room and there was complimentary bottled water each day. Tea and coffee making facilities are available on each floor and there is also a fridge if you need one.

I really can't say enough good things about this place! Enjoy.
