Family friendly vintage guest house in Old Bangkok

High quality for the service. Staffs here are nice and simpatico to answer your questions or help the guests even such as taking care of the children. Nice and comfortable surrounding and facilities, especially friendly for kids. No wonder here seems to be the best option for family to stay. 
Fabulous breakfast and free afternoon dessert. 
Overall, I had a lovely memory staying here, would like to go back on my next Thailand journey. :)

Awesome place to stay! Very clean, great food&drinks, very friendly staff. We travelled with our 1 year old daughter and she loved playing in the toy room or being entertained by the staff:-) Also great location. Would be completely perfect if they had a little pool for cooling down..We'll be back to enjoy the new roof terrace!

We stayed in this hotel a few weeks ago and were in awe of the beauty of the hotel, rooms, friendliness, cleanliness, politeness of entire staff including trainees! The location was great, the food excellent and the complimentary mini bar very unexpected but appreciated! We've stayed at many hotels around the world and this has to be one of our favorites!!

The most unique hotel I have ever stayed at. It is not built for comfort but is such fun. The beds are very hard and no mini bar, it is basic but brilliant. The breakfast is fine. A real chilled feel and we got lots of bargains in the shop. I would print a map from the website to show taxi/tuk-tuk drivers as it is not easy to find. It is child friendly. Friendly staff. I would take extra padding for the bed if you live locally. If we return I will take a few yoga mats to put under the sheet (and I like hard beds). I really like what this hotel are doing and definitely recommend a visit!

Lovely hotel, in a very convenient location (not in the middle of Bangkok, near the river with frequent boat service to most touristic and business places). Nice market going to the Thewet pier.
Warm welcome from the staff, caring at all stages (arrival, information on the city, storage of luggage).
Original and pleasant design of the rooms and bathrooms, simple but well-equipped and clean. A little overpriced in my opinion, though.
Tasty breakfasts and a few good dishes served all day long.
It is more a family hotel than for business travelers (rooms not equipped to work, and hot temperature in the common areas), but it was very calm and I enjoyed my stay a lot.
I will certainly stay again at this hotel, if I have to travel to Bangkok.
